Payment Terms & Conditions (Transport)

General Information

• All services will be provided by Chauffeur-driven Cars / Vans only.
• The mileage and time are determined from garage to garage, i.e., the time the vehicle leaves our premises for the assignment until it returns after completing the assignment.
• The customer has to sign the duty slip, which should be handed over to the driver while leaving the transport.
• The photographs shown are for illustrative purposes only.
• Disputes, if any, shall be subject to Kerala (India) Jurisdiction only.
• In the event of any breakdown during the service, Cab Rental Kerala shall be responsible for providing a substitute car/van.
• Guarantee of Prices: Once the services are bought, we guarantee the same prices for your services.

Payments

All quoted prices are nett payable to A Qube Hospitality.

25% advance payment is required via online payment at the time of booking, in case the services are required in/from Kerala. The balance is to be paid upon arrival in Kerala. A 100% advance is required for all other cities.

The prices charged are for the specified services only; any extra services availed will be charged additionally.

Cancellations

• 7 or more days = No Cancellation
• 4 – 7 days = 10% Only
• 1 – 3 days = 50% Only

Price Includes

• Fuel, Toll, Parking fees, etc.
• Assistance of our representative during transfer from Airport, Railway Station to Hotel or vice versa.
• During Outstation tours, Interstate Taxes, fuel, and overnight charges for the Car/Van.

Price Does Not Include

• Any item not specified above
• Any extra services besides the contracted part
• Driver Tips, Guide, Entrance fees to monuments, etc.
• Any last-minute change in the confirmed programme that would be extra as per actual

Insurance

All vehicles are comprehensively insured, and the occupants/passengers are fully insured. The claims are settled as per the governing rules in India through the court of law.
